Delivery Information

• We offer a personalised and reliable same-day delivery service Monday to Friday, for all local orders received by 2pm for orders $85 and over.
• For Rural and Wider Tauranga, same-day deliveries, orders must be received by 10am.
• We offer an overnight delivery service the rest of the North Island (urban areas), for all orders received by 12noon Monday - Thursday. 
• After the above times, weekends and/or public holidays all orders will be delivered the next business day.
• For alternative delivery solution, please call the shop to request (07 5770716). 
• If a recipient is not home, we will always attempt to find a cool and safe place to leave the flowers.
• In the event we are unable to find a recipient’s location due to an incorrect address given we will charge a second delivery charge if we must make a second trip. We reserve the right to make this trip the next day if it is late in the day or a long-distance trip.
• Delivery fees on orders $85 and over as follows:
  1. Store pick up during opening hours.
  2. Tauranga CBD $10
  3. Tauranga Inner Suburbs (Brookfield, Judea, Otumoetai, Matua etc) - $12
  4. Wider Tauranga (Welcome Bay, Ohauiti, Oropi, Pyes Pa) - $15
  5. Mt Maunganui / Papamoa - $15
  6. Papamoa East - $20
  7. Rural Tauranga/Western Bay, (Omokoroa) - $25
  8. Katikati / Waihi  (orders need to be made by 10am for same day service) - $25
  9. Te Puke, Rotorua, Hamilton, Cambridge, Matamata, Whakatane (orders need to be made the day before delivery)- $25
